I have the solo album and I also dig it. I'm curious to hear the double disc he had recorded(Garcia vs Garcia was what it was called) and ready to ship and then he dumped all of it because "It was awful"

John Garcia is one of my all time favorite singers. Love me some Kyuss and I love all the stuff he's done since - Slo Burn, Unida, Hermano, etc. especially Unida's Coping With The Urban Coyote, that album fucking rocks!
I still haven't checked out his solo album yet, been meaning to listen to it but theres been so much great new music lately that I keep forgetting to give that one a listen.

I totally agree. I love dude as well. He is also super super cool and down to Earth. I got to talk to him a few times, both in CA and in WI before and after the show during the Kyuss Lives tour with The Sword.
