Influences

I stumbled across Dax et cie on Spotify. While listening to some songs from Acid Bath, I wondered if he's listened to Fields of the Nephilim to any extent, or perhaps Joy Division. I noted with interest his inclusion of Peter Hammill and John Cale among his influences listed on his Myspace page. It's definitely refreshing to hear something that dares to stray from the norm these days . . .
