Agents of Oblivion Cover

So i'm playing madden, building a dax playlist to jam to, whilst i play, and to my surprise i find a cover on grooveshark, of one of my fave AOB songs, "Paroled in '54" by Thou, from, you guessed it, LA, pretty interesting cover, heavier tone overall, vox are sorta black metal sounding, despite metal-archives.com listing them as "Sludge/Drone/Doom Metal". Check it out on grooveshark, Thou-"Paroled in '54" its from their split, "Dwell in the Darkness of Thought and Drink the Poison of Life". Pretty thought provoking title if i do say so myself!

Wow that sucked. Music sounds cool. Singer needs to be raped in the throat by an elephant cock...never mind...sounds like he already was.

And the lead guitar sounds out of tune. I like the drums though.

It's pretty funny hearing him attempt the parts at the end.
I think they should have changed more to pull it off more effectively.
An interesting listen for sure.

Vocals kinda remind me of Iron Monkey. In that sense, I can see the sludge/doom label... otherwise it is very black metal screechie. I dont think it does the song justice. Just my opinion.

These guys kill... Their sabbath covers are ace as well!
