Australian bands worth checking out

So, I've got a vague memory of doing something similar on the other board. I figure there are Australian bands we all know of (I'm sticking mainly to metal here) and bands that have been mentioned by respective band members (Adrift for Days, and Intrepid come to mind). I'll start of posting a few of my favourites. If anyone has any to add, or wants to know any bands similar to *insert band here*, let me know.

Wardom - I Am the Wolf (Speed/thrash featuring members from a few legendary old school acts)

Armoured Angel - Seven Angels (old school death thrash)

Armoured Angel (classic lineup) - Pray For Me/Elegy

Long Voyage Back - The Call/Close to Animal (hard to classify these guys)

Bestial Warlust - Blood and Valour (black/war metal)

Psychrist - Abate the Chains of Rule (black/death metal, whoever upped this cut out the keyboard intro)

Trench Hell - Sadistic Messiah (Hellhammeresque thrash/speed)

Stone Wings - Ulcer Man (doom/death)

theres heaps of cool aussie bands- looking glass, space bong, agonhymn, mother mars, they all pretty underground but man they got the goods!
